The Ark provides friendship, a warm welcome and a place to belong.
It can also help with advice on benefits, housing, debts, money management and general life skills.
We also provide basic computer training and help with family history research.
We are always open to providing new services where we can see a need.
The Ark is open Mondays1.30 - 4.00pm Tuesdays to Fridays 10am to 3pm. Please call in and see us at any of these times or ring us for more information.
We are a specifically Christian charity and believe that we should serve our community out of Christian love, by seeking and meeting the needs in our community.
Apart from our manager, we are run entirely by volunteers, some of which are members of our church.
Please pray and give thanks for the growing unity among churches as they work together.

Throwing our old furniture or electrical items? You may want to contact the Furniture Re-use Network (FRN) and see if they can be given a new lease of life on 0845 602 8003 or www.frn.org.uk
After being given a new lease of life your donated items are supplied to low income families. FRN diverts 90,000 tonnes of waste from landfill a year.
